Abstract
Using a zebrafish model to evaluate the improvement effect of phosphatidylserine(PS)on memory and cognitive impairment caused by scopolamine.Adult zebrafish were used as the experimental model,blank control group,scopolamine model group,donepezil positive drug group and three PS co-treatment groups with concentrations of 1,3,9 mg/L respectively were set up.With drug intervention cultivation for 6 days,and on the 7th day,behavioral changes of zebrafish were recorded,and the expression changes of learning and memory related genes and antioxidation related genes were detected,and statistical analysis was performed.The results showed that,compared with the control group,zebrafish in scopolamine model group exhibited mainly behavioral phenomena of memory decline and cognitive loss,and abnormal gene expression was observed.Compared with scopolamine model group,zebrafish in positive drug group and three concentrations of PS co-treatment groups had certain recovery of memory and cognition,and the expression of each gene tended to be normal.The conclusion was that PS at concentrations of 1,3 and 9 mg/L had certain improvement effects on the memory and cognitive impairment of zebrafish caused by scopolamine.关键词
