Abstract
The human trial was carried out in order to study the assist hypolipidemic effect of selenium yeast and phytosterol ester soft capsules on hyperlipmia.There were 104 effective subjects in this research,58 cases in the trial group,56 cases in the control group.The trial group took selenium yeast and phytosterol ester soft capsules daily,and the control group took a placebo daily for 60 days and the related indicators were detected.There were significant differences in total serum cholesterol,triglyceride and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol contents(P＜0.05)in the trial group,while there was no significant difference in HDL cholesterol contents(P＞0.05).After the test,there were significant differences in triglycerides,total cholesterol,and LDL cholesterol contents between the two groups of subjects(P＜0.05),but there was no significant difference in the HDL cholesterol contents(P＞0.05).During the test there were no adverse reactions related to the test product or placebo,and there were no significant changes or abnormalities in the safety check indicators of the subjects.According to the criteria for the evaluation method of hypolipidemic function,it is believed that selenium yeast and phytosterol ester soft capsules have the function of reducing blood lipid.关键词
