茶褐素的提制技术与降脂减肥功能研究进展
Research progress on extraction and preparation technology of theabrownin and its lipid-lowering and weight-losing effects
摘要
Abstract
As an important active ingredient in dark tea,theabrownin has the effects of reducing fat,weight loss,anti-oxidation,anti-fatigue.Because of its large molecular weight and complex structure,research on it is difficult.In recent years,there has been some progress in the research on the extraction,separation technology and functional activity of theabrownin.In this paper,the structure,properties,detection method,extraction and preparation techniques of theabrownin were reviewed,the research progress of its lipid-lowering and weight loss function was elaborated,finally research direction and application prospects of theabrownin were provided.关键词
