Abstract
At present,global energy use is dominated by fossil energy,and each country is accelerating the evolution of the traditional energy to new energy sources,showing such four major development trends as the decline of fossil energy,the rapid expansion of renewable energy sources,the improvement of the level of terminal electrification,and the increase in the use of low-carbon hydrogen.Global demand for natural gas first increases and then decreases,with growth coming mainly from the power generation and industrial sectors.China's energy demand will continue to grow for a long time,and it is expected that China's primary energy consumption will reach about 6.5 billion tons of standard coal in 2030,peak around 2040 and then slowly decline.China's natural gas development has gone through two historical phases including pipeline network construction and policy-pull,and the future development momentum will mainly come from industrial energy upgrading under the constraint of"dual carbon"and the integration of gas and electricity with new energy sources.In the construction of new energy system,natural gas shows differentiated development in various fields of utilization.It plays the role of flexibility regulation and emergency support in the new electric power system to promote the development of wind and light renewable energy,it plays the role of replacing coal in the field of industrial energy to promote synergistic efficiency of industrial energy and to reduce pollution and carbon emission,it plays the role of basic energy for a long time in the field of city gas to enhance the well-being of people's livelihood,it plays the role of transitional energy in the field of transportation to help land-based heavy trucks and offshore transportation to reduce pollution and carbon emissions,and it plays a complementary role to raw material gas to mainly guarantee the demand for agricultural fertilizer production.关键词
