Abstract
The start-up of gas-phase fluidized bed is an establishment process of initial steady-state,which mainly includes several crucial steps:seed bed filling,reaction component establishment,impurity passivation,reaction establishment and condensation state entry.The difficulties lie in the interference elimination of impurities and crossing the condensation state.This paper analyzes the start-up process of the 1#gas-phase polyethylene device in Sinopec Zhenhai Refining&Chemical Company,and summarizes the successful start-up experience of domestic BSG catalyst in the Unipol process device.The possible problems during the start-up process and countermeasures are analyzed and discussed from the aspects of system replacement,impurity detection,reaction establishment and smooth entry into the condensing state.Meanwhile,the product quality is compared with that by imported catalysts.The operation results show that after the domestic BSG catalyst is fed into the reactor,a stable polymerization reaction can be established within 6 min,and the response speed is higher than that of the imported catalyst,which is due to the stability of domestic BSG catalyst.Purging the system thoroughly with nitrogen before start-up can greatly reduce the accumulation of static electricity in the system after start-up.Strict and meticulous purging before start-up and rapid reaction establishment during start-up process ensure the quality of the product.The experience in stable start-up with domestic BSG catalyst has referential significance for the start-up of similar domestic devices and the complete domestication of new devices.关键词
