Research progress on novel catalysts for water gas shift reaction

水煤气变换反应是氢气提纯的重要过程,是燃料电池供氢系统的重要组成部分.综述了近年来水煤气变换反应催化剂的研究进展,包括催化反应机理、可选择的催化剂体系及提升催化反应性能策略等.反应机理主要包括联合机理、氧化还原机理及重整机理,其中联合机理主要包括甲酸盐和羧酸路径.催化剂体系主要包括贵金属催化剂及过渡金属催化剂.此外,通过掺杂助剂及优化金属-载体相互作用等手段可实现高效的水煤气变换反应催化剂的设计开发.

The water gas shift reaction is an important process for hydrogen purification,meanwhile,it also plays a significant role in hydrogen generation system for fuel cells.This work summarizes recent research progress on catalyst for water gas shift reaction,including catalytic reaction mechanisms,alternative catalysts as well as the strategies for improving catalytic reaction performance,etc.The reaction mechanisms of water gas shift reaction mainly include associative mechanism,redox mechanism and reforming mechanism,wherein the associative mechanism is mainly refer to formate route and carboxylic acid route.The catalyst systems for the water gas shift reaction mainly include noble metal catalysts and transition metal catalysts.Moreover,the design and development of efficient catalysts for water gas shift reaction can be achieved by dopping additives and optimizing the matal-support interaction.
