生物背景青年教师从事人体结构教学的实践与思考OA

随着高等教育改革的不断推进,国家和社会对优质高等教育资源的需求不断增加,亟须建设高水平教师队伍来培养大批具备综合素质的新医科人才.作为高校教学工作的中坚力量,青年教师的教学能力、教学水平与医学院校的教育质量息息相关.近年来由于医学本科生的扩招,基础医学教育师资日益匮乏,大量生物背景教师不断涌入其中,并且占比持续增高.生物背景教师如何通过多样化的方式手段,弥补医学专业知识短板,同时充分发挥自身科研优势,将科学精神和创新教育融入日常教学,是关系到基础医学教学质量和创新性医学人才培养的重要因素.文章旨在分享生物背景青年教师从事人体结构教学的个人体会,为非医学专业背景从事医学基础教学的教师提供参考意义.

With the continuous advancement of higher education reform,there is an increasing demand for quality higher education resources at the national and societal levels,and a high-level teaching workforce is urgently required to cultivate a large number of new medical talents with comprehensive qualities.Novice teachers are the backbone of university teaching,and their teaching ability is closely related to the quality of education in medical colleges and universities.In recent years,the increased enrollment of undergradu-ate medical students has caused a severe shortage of basic medical teachers and an increasing influx of teachers with a biological back-ground.These teachers with a biological background need to compensate for their lack of medical professional knowledge with diverse methods,and fully leverage their research strengths to integrate the spirit of science and innovative education into routine teaching,which is important for basic medical education and the cultivation of innovative medical talents.This article shares the teaching reflec-tions of novice teachers with a biological background on human body structure instruction,providing a reference for teachers with non-medical backgrounds in basic medical education.
