龙泉青瓷呈色的影响因素包括釉料本身的因素和外界环境的因素.釉料本身的因素按烧制过程分为釉层封闭前的影响因素和釉层封闭后的影响因素.釉层封闭前,源源不断的还原气体与釉层中有限的氧化铁颗粒表层分子进行还原反应,其还原比值即被还原生成的二价铁与未被还原的三价铁的比值决定了釉的色调.影响还原比值的因素包括釉中铁的细度、铁的含量和铁的分散度,其中铁的含量既影响釉的色调,又影响釉的色饱和度;釉层封闭后,还原气体已不能进入釉层,影响釉的呈色的因素为釉的化学组成,即碱金属氧化物和碱土金属氧化物中,因碱金属和碱土金属离子对氧离子的结合能力不同,不同程度地游离出氧离子,使二价铁离子氧化成三价铁离子,即改变釉的还原比值,从而影响了釉的呈色.外界环境的因素包括烧成气氛、釉层厚度、坯体的含铁量、还原气氛的强弱、烧成温度以及瓷土中微量着色元素等.

The factors influencing the color of Longquan celadon include the factors of the glaze itself and the factors of the external environment.The factors of the glaze itself are divided into influencing factors before the glaze layer is closed and the influencing factors after the glaze layer is closed according to the firing process,before the glaze layer is closed,a steady stream of reducing gas and the limited iron oxide particles in the glaze layer surface molecules for reduction reaction,the re-duction ratio is the ratio of divalent iron generated by reduction to the unreduced ferric iron determines the hue of the glaze,the factors affecting the reduction ratio include the fineness of iron in the glaze,the content of iron and the dispersion of i-ron,of which the iron content affects the hue of the glaze and the color saturation of the glaze;After the glaze layer is closed,the reducing gas can no longer enter the glaze layer,and the factor affecting the color of the glaze is the chemical composition of the glaze,that is,the alkali metal oxide and alkaline earth metal oxide due to the different binding ability of alkali metal and alkaline earth metal ions to oxygen ions,resulting in different degrees of free oxygen ions,so that the diva-lent iron ions are oxidized to ferric ions,that is,the reduction ratio of the glaze is changed,thus affecting the color of the glaze.External environmental factors include firing atmosphere,glaze thickness,iron content of embryo body,strength of reducing atmosphere,firing temperature,and trace coloring elements in porcelain clay.
