Abstract
In order to solve the problem that the uneven pressure adjustment at the inner and outer ends of the acceleration roller of YB45 fine support hard box packaging machine leads to the skew in the process of aluminum foil conveying,an elastic pin shaft is designed and manufactured,which can realize the uniform adjustment of the pressure at the inner and outer ends of the acceleration roller and ensure the smooth conveying of aluminum foil.The number of cigarette packets that are slanted and eliminated in the process of aluminum foil conveying is reduced from 73.8 boxes/shift to 1.2 boxes/shift,a decrease of 98.4％.The locomotive efficiency increased from 89.2％before improvement to 90.5％,an increase of 1.30％;The product quality score increased from 98.4 points before the transformation to 99.0 points,an increase of 0.6 points.The use of elastic pin shaft is the first in the industry.Its use effectively solves the problem of uneven pressure adjustment of the rubber rollers at the inner and outer ends of the acceleration roller of YB45 hard box packaging machine,which leads to the skew of aluminum foil during the transportation process,and improves the efficiency of the equipment.关键词
