Construction of an Evaluation Indicator System for Prevention and Management of Perioperative Hy-pothermia in Operating Theaters based on the Delphi Method

Abstract
Objective To construct an evaluation indicator system for the prevention and management of perioperative hypothermia in operating theaters.Methods In February 2022,based on the three-dimensional(structure-process-outcome)quality evaluation model,an evaluation indicator system for preventive management of perioperative hypothermia in operating theaters was drawn up by referring to relevant literature.Then,23 experts in the fields of operating theater nursing management,nosocomial infection and anesthesia were consulted for two rounds by the Delphi method.The weight coefficient for each indicator was determined by a superiority chart.Results For the two rounds of expert consultation,the positive coefficient was 100.0%and 95.7%respectively,the authoritative coefficient was 0.946 and 0.934 respectively,the coefficient of variation(CV)was＜0.25 for each indicator and Kendall's W was 0.419 and 0.359 respectively(P＜0.001 for all).An evaluation indicator system for preventive management of perioperative hypothermia in operating theaters was finally constructed to consist of 3 first-level indicators,9 second-level indicators and 53 third-level indicators.Conclusion The evaluation indicator system for preventive management of perioperative hypothermia in operating theaters based on the Delphi method is scientific and reliable.It can provide a reference for nursing administrators in operating theaters and help to carry out scientific,standardized and unified quality evaluations in clinical practice.关键词
