文章用环氧封端硅油(ETSO)与聚醚胺 ED-600、聚醚胺T-403 发生开环反应并进行乳化处理,制备了聚醚嵌段氨基有机硅抗皱整理剂,并对真丝织物进行抗皱整理正交试验,选择最优抗皱整理工艺.研究乳化剂占原料比例对聚醚嵌段氨基有机硅抗皱整理剂性能的影响,以及研究了聚醚嵌段氨基有机硅抗皱整理剂对真丝织物的抗皱整理工艺,探讨了整理剂质量浓度、固化温度和固化时间等因素对真丝织物折皱回复角的影响.通过正交试验得出最佳工艺条件为:聚醚嵌段氨基有机硅抗皱整理剂质量浓度20 g/L、固化温度110℃、固化时间5 min.整理后真丝织物具有良好的抗皱性能,急弹性回复角和缓弹性回复角分别为65°和103.4°、急弹性回复角增加率和缓弹性回复角增加率分别为39.2%和36.2%,经纬向断裂强力保留率分别为91.5%和90.6%、白度保留率为99.5%,整理后真丝织物的手感更加柔软、质地更加细腻,厚度无明显变化.此外整理后的真丝织物健康安全,甲醛测试报告为未检出,具有良好的抗皱性和耐洗性,且具有一定的疏水性能.

Silk fabrics are widely popular due to their unique properties such as material luster,comfortable wearing,smooth,delicate texture,soft feel and good drapability.However,their easy wrinkling properties seriously affect the appearance of silk fabrics and limit their widespread application.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out anti-wrinkle finishing on silk fabrics to improve their anti-wrinkle performance.Meeting the wrinkle resistance requirements of silk fabrics during use has always been a hot research topic.In the early days,N-hydroxymethylamide resin finishing agents were commonly used for wrinkle resistance of silk fabrics.Although the finished fabric has a certain wrinkle resistance effect,the silk fabrics treated with such compounds have formaldehyde residue problems,which can pose a threat to human health.With the increasing living standards of modern people,the demand for environmentally friendly and green textile products continues to expand.The research on formaldehyde-free anti-wrinkle finishing agents has good prospects and demand.At present,the formaldehyde-free anti-wrinkle finishing agents that have been extensively studied mainly include polycarboxylic acids,epoxy compounds,glyoxals,organic silicon,and waterborne polyurethane.The carboxyl group,epoxy group and other reactive groups in epoxy terminated silicone oil react and crosslink with the active group of silk fibers,improving the wrinkle resistance of silk fabrics.At the same time,polysiloxane molecules can improve the problem of strength loss caused by stress concentration caused by cross-linking in the finished fabric,reducing the strength damage of the finished fabric.Polysiloxane molecular segments diffuse and tightly cover the surface of silk fabrics,while polyether and amino segments are tightly adsorbed on silk fibers.The cyclic polysiloxane segments are tightly arranged in the outermost layer of silk fibers,while the polyether segments restrict the movement of the polysiloxane segments on the fiber surface.At the same time,the polyether segment can fix the outermost cyclic polysiloxane segment of the silk fiber,which can make the silk fabric show good washing resistance and also endow the silk fabric with good wrinkle resistance,significantly improving the contact angle of the silk fabric and having a certain degree of hydrophobicity. A polyether block amino silicone anti-wrinkle finishing agent was prepared by the ring-opening reaction and emulsification treatment of polyether amine ED-600 and polyether amine T-403 with epoxy terminated silicone oil(ETSO).Orthogonal experiments were conducted on the anti-wrinkle finishing of silk fabrics to select the optimal anti-wrinkle finishing process.A comparative experiment was conducted with RG-220HES formaldehyde-free anti-wrinkle finishing agent on the market to test and analyze the performance of the treated silk fabric.When the molar ratio of epoxy terminated silicone oil(ETSO):polyether amine ED-600:polyether amine T-403 is 1:0.67:0.77,the proportion of emulsifier to raw material is 15%and the finishing process conditions require the concentration of the finishing agent of 20g/L,the curing temperature of 110℃and the curing time of 5 minutes.The treated silk fabric has good wrinkle resistance,with an acute elastic recovery angle of 65.0°and a slow elastic recovery angle of 103.4 °.Compared with the untreated silk fabric,the rapid elastic recovery angle increases by 18.3 °,the rapid elastic recovery angle increases by 39.2%,the slow elastic recovery angle increases by27.5 °,and the slow elastic recovery angle increases by36.2%.The wrinkle resistance effect is significantly higher than that of RG-220HES formaldehyde-free and iron-free finishing agent on the market.At the same time,it effectively retains the whiteness and strength properties of silk fabrics,with a whiteness value of 63.3,a whiteness retention rate of 99.5%,a warp breaking strength of 449.1 N,a breaking strength retention rate of 91.5%,a weft breaking strength of 354.4 N,and a breaking strength retention rate of 90.6%.After finishing,the fabric shows good water washing resistance.As the washing frequency gradually increases,the crease recovery angle of the treated silk fabric does not significantly decrease,and the water washing resistance is significantly higher than that of the RG-220HES formaldehyde-free and iron-free finishing agent on the market.At the same time,the polyether segment can fix the outermost cyclic polysiloxane segment of the silk fabric and it can also make the fibers exhibit good softness.After finishing,the silk fabric has a softer feel,a more delicate texture,and no significant change in thickness.In addition,the processed silk fabric is healthy and safe and the formaldehyde test report is not detected.It has good wrinkle resistance,washing resistance and certain hydrophobic properties. With the continuous improvement of people's living standards,the demand for natural,environmentally friendly textile products is also expanding and environmentally friendly and ecological products will become the theme of the times.It is necessary to continue to research environmentally friendly silk fabrics and develop excellent ecological textile wrinkle-resistant finishing agents that are environmentally friendly and non-toxic,so as to apply them in the fields of textiles,clothing and home textiles industry.
