"双一流"建设背景下研究生学风建设的价值意蕴、现实困境与策略探赜OA

研究生是建设新时代科技强国与创新型国家的重要后备力量,学风建设成效直接决定着研究生培养质量.推进研究生学风建设是培养高素质人力资源战略的根本保障、建设创新型科技智造国家的必然要求、加快建设我国"双一流"高校与学科的先决条件、推进改革性培养方案重构的力量支撑和预防研究生学术道德失范的思想疫苗.然而当前研究生学风建设依然存在诸多现实困境,导致研究生学风建设现状依然不容乐观,通过完善招考制度与培养方案、加强思想政治教育工作、强化导师师德师风、规范学风建设制度和营造良好学术氛围等策略构建多维度的学风建设长效机制,有望提升研究生培养质量.

Postgraduates are an important reserve force to build a powerful scientific and technological country and an innovative country in the new era.The effect of the construction of study style directly determines the quality of postgraduates.Promoting the construction of postgraduate students'study style is the fundamental guarantee of the strategy of cultivating high-quality human resources,the inevitable requirement of constructing an innovative and intelligent country of science and technology,the prerequisite of speeding up the construction of"Double First-class"universities and disciplines in our country,the strength support of promoting the reconstruction of reformative training program and the ideological vaccine to prevent the anomie of postgraduates'academic ethics.However,there are still many practical difficulties in the construction of postgraduates'study style.As a result,the current situation of the construction of postgraduates'study style is still not optimistic.By using strategies of improving the recruitment system and training program,strengthening ideological and political education,strengthening the ethics and style of teachers,standardizing the construction system of study style and creating a good academic atmosphere to build a multi-dimensional long-term mechanism for the construction of the study style and to improve the quality of graduate training.
