针对基础测绘在生态修复与国土整治应用中存在的机制不完善、方法不统一、无法高效支撑工程实施与管理等问题,通过检索相关规范资料,并结合具体专题研究,摸清了基础测绘在项目实施与管理全过程的应用方式,分析了多种测绘技术与成果在项目应用中的优劣;统筹新型基础测绘、卫星应用中心、铁塔摄像头、无人机航摄等多种数据源,通过遥感解译、遥感反演、变化发现、BIM三维设计等技术,构建了不同规格影像、地形级实景三维模型以及多源遥感影像在工程各阶段的高效应用方式,并结合应用需求中的不足,提出了改进建议与应用展望,可为生态修复和国土整治工程的科学管理提供参考.

To address the issues of insufficient mechanism,inconsistent methods and inefficient support for project implementation and manage-ment in the application of basic surveying and mapping in ecological restoration and territorial rectification,retrieving relevant specifications and materials,combined with specific topic-specific research,we clarified the application of basic surveying and mapping in the entire process of project implementation and management,and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of various surveying and mapping techniques and results in project applications.Then,we integrated the new basic surveying and mapping,satellite application centers,tower cameras,UAV aerial photography and other data sources,and used remote sensing interpretation and inversion,change detection,BIM 3D design and other technologies to develope efficient application methods for different specifications of images,topographic-level photorealistic 3D models,and multi-source remote sensing images in various stages of the project.We proposed suggestions for improvement and application prospects based on the identi-fied application needs,which could provide a reference for scientific management in ecological restoration and territorial rectification projects.
