碳中和目标时代绿色氢能发展技术路线研究OACSTPCD
Study on Technical Routes for Green Hydrogen Energy Development in the Carbon Neutralization Target Era
大力发展氢能特别是绿色氢能是推动绿色低碳转型和新能源发展、实现碳中和目标的重要举措.论述了氢能的开发利用途径、氢能在"源网荷储"新型电力系统建设中的重要价值以及"风光氢储"的主要形式及重要载体;重点梳理了碱性电解水制氢技术、质子交换膜电解水制氢技术、固体氧化物电解水制氢技术和阴离子交换膜电解水制氢技术的能耗、成本、碳排放、能源效率、产业化程度、单机规模、技术瓶颈与发展方向;总结了氢能产业面临的技术难题与挑战,并提出了氢能产业的技术路线与发展趋势.
Vigorous development of hydrogen energy,especially green hydrogen energy,is an important initiative to pro-mote green low-carbon transition and new energy development,and to realize the goal of carbon neutrality.This paper dis-cusses the development and utilization of hydrogen energy,the important value of hydrogen energy in the construction of a new type of power system ″source network and storage″,and the main forms and important carriers of ″wind and light hydro-gen storage″.This paper focuses on combing alkaline electrolytic water hydrogen production technology,proton exchange membrane electrolytic water hydrogen production technology.The energy consumption,cost,carbon emission,energy effi-ciency,industrialization degree,single machine scale,technical bottleneck and development direction of solid oxide elec-trolysis water hydrogen production technology and anion exchange membrane electrolysis water hydrogen production technol-ogy are also reviewed.The technical difficulties and challenges faced by the hydrogen energy industry are summarized,and the technical routes and development trends of the hydrogen energy industry are proposed.
