针对邢东矿近千米采深,且1222工作面为单侧临空工作面,其运输巷为沿空掘巷,受高地应力及采空区叠加影响,后路巷道快速失稳,掘进期间巷道后路产生了持续大变形等支护难题,通过钻孔窥视分析围岩结构失稳后的状态特征,井对锚网支护失效的原因进行了分析,提出了在原有支护基础上,变挂网为挂绳,分层喷注与巷帮锚索梁桁架相结合补强煤柱侧原岩强度,进而维持锚网联合体稳定结构的新方法,并将其应用于邢东矿1222运输巷的支护.实践表明,新支护方案使得沿空掘巷后路巷道围岩松散结构得到补强,有效缓解了沿空巷道掘进过程中后路频繁整修的现象,提高了进尺效率.

In Xingdong Coal Mine,the mining depth is nearly 1 000 m,and the 1222 working face is a unilateral free working face,and its transportation roadway is a gob-side entry driving roadway.Affected by the superposition of high ground stress and goaf,the rear roadway is rapidly unstable,and the continuous large deformation of the rear roadway occurs during the excavation period.Through the drilling peep analysis of the state characteristics of the surrounding rock structure after the instability,and the reasons for the failure of the anchor net support are analyzed.A new method of changing the hanging net into the hanging rope,combining the stratified jet grouting with the anchor beam truss of the roadway side to strengthen the strength of the original rock on the side of the coal pillar,and then maintaining the stable structure of the anchor net joint is proposed.It is applied to the support of 1222 transportation roadway in Xingdong Mine.Practice shows that the new support scheme strengthens the loose structure of surrounding rock in the rear roadway of gob-side entry driving,effectively alleviates the phenomenon of frequent renovation of rear roadway in the process of gob-side entry driving,and improves the footage efficiency.
