基于Web of Science急诊信息化建设的文献计量学分析OA
Bibliometric analysis of emergency informatization construction based on Web of Science
目的:探讨急诊信息化建设的研究现状、热点及发展趋势.以期为急诊信息化建设提供一定的参考和建议.方法:从 Web of Science 核心合集(WOSCC)中检索相关文献,运用CiteSpace、VOSviewer、Microsoft Excel软件进行数据分析,以确定贡献最大的作者、国家、机构,分析研究热点及潜在研究前沿.结果:共纳入 1011 篇文献.其中,发文最多的作者是 Hall Matthew.哈佛大学是发文最多的机构.美国发文最多,约占该领域发文总数的 48.86%.AI 辅助诊疗、信息技术辅助流行病学筛查及急诊信息化管理则是该领域的热点话题.结论:急诊信息化建设受到学者的持续关注,但其研究面仍需拓展,同时未来还应着眼于培养信息化医疗复合型人才、加强并完善相关安全性研究及基础建设等,以推进急诊信息化进程.
Objective:To discuss the research status quo,hot spots and development trend of emergency informatization construction,so as to provide some reference and suggestions for emergency informatization construction.Methods:Relevant literature was retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection(WOSCC),and data analysis was carried out by using CiteSpace,VOSviewer and Microsoft Excel to identify the authors,countries and institutions that have contributed the most,then to analyze the research hotspots and potential research frontiers.Results:A total of 1011 articles were included in this study.Among them,the author with the most papers was Hall Matthew,Harvard University was the institution with the most papers,and the United States had the most papers,accounting for about 48.86%of the total papers in this field.Conclusions:Emergency informatization construction has received continuous attention from scholars,but its research area still needs to be expanded.At the same time,in the future,we should focus on training information medical composite talents,strengthening and improving related safety research and infrastructure,so as to promote the process of emergency information.
