以腐殖酸钠为成胶剂制备冻胶,评价了高温、高压并伴有烟道气存在的条件下腐殖酸钠冻胶的稳定性,通过流变实验分析了冻胶强度在高温热处理中的变化规律,通过物理模拟测试评价了冻胶的封堵能力,借助Cryo-SEM观察了冻胶的形态,探讨了腐殖酸钠冻胶用于火驱封堵气窜的可行性.实验结果表明,以腐殖酸钠为成胶剂,通过优选催化剂调控成胶时间,可以形成适应 120,150,180℃等不同温度条件的耐温冻胶,成胶时间 10~75 h可调,冻胶经热处理 90 d后脱水率低于20%.该冻胶在高温、高压及存在O2 和CO2 的条件下仍具有较好的稳定性.使用10%(w)腐殖酸钠、1.2%(w)水溶性酚醛树脂形成的冻胶在0.94 μm2 的填砂管中的突破压力梯度可达3.95 MPa/m,表现出较强的封堵能力.

Sodium humate was used as gelling agent to prepare gel.The stability of sodium humate gel under the conditions of high temperature,high pressure,and the presence of flue gas was investigated.The variation law of gel strength during high-temperature heat treatment was analyzed through rheological experiments.The sealing ability of the gel was evaluated via physical simulation testing.The form of the gel was observed by Cryo-SEM,and the feasibility of using sodium humate gel for sealing gas channeling during fireflooding was discussed.The experimental results showed that by using sodium humate as gelling agent and adjusting the gelation time by selecting the catalyst,the temperature-resistant gel suitable for different temperature conditions such as 120,150,180℃can be formed.Meanwhile,the gelation time can be adjusted from 10 h to 75 h,and the dehydration rate is lower than 20%after heat treatment for 90 d.The gel exhibits good stability under high temperature,high pressure,and the presence of O2 and CO2.The breakthrough pressure gradient of the gel formed by 10%(w)sodium humate and 1.2%(w)water-soluble phenolic resin can reach 3.95 MPa/m in 0.94 μm2 sandpacks,showing a strong sealing ability.
