基于AMESim的航空齿轮泵流体流量脉动特性仿真分析OA北大核心CSTPCD
Simulation Analysis of Fluid Flow Pulsation Characteristics of Aviation Gear Pump Based on AMESim
航空齿轮泵在工作过程中产生流量脉动,不仅影响自身的性能和寿命,还会直接影响航空液压系统的可靠性.本文采用AMESim建立了航空齿轮泵的系统模型,对比分析了航空齿轮泵流体理论流量、基频与仿真流量、基频,并研究了转速、齿数、模数和齿宽对航空齿轮泵流体流量脉动的影响.研究表明,系统仿真结果与理论解相一致,验证了航空齿轮泵系统模型的正确性;随着转速、齿数、模数和齿宽的增加,航空齿轮泵流体流量脉动幅值均呈增大的趋势,随着转速的增加流量脉动率几乎没有变化,随着齿数的增加流量脉动率呈降低的趋势,随着模数和齿宽的增加流量脉动率呈增加的趋势;同时发现航空齿轮泵流体流量脉动呈宽频多谐波特征.研究结果为抑制航空齿轮泵流体流量脉动提供了理论基础和技术支持.
The flow pulsation produced in the working process of aviation gear pump not only affects its performance and life,but also directly affects the reliability of aviation hydraulic system.In this paper,AMESim is used to establish a system model of aviation gear pump,and the theoretical flow,fundamental frequency,simulated flow and fundamental frequency of aviation gear pump fluid are compared and analyzed.And the effects of speed,tooth number,modulus and tooth width on the fluid flow pulsation of aviation gear pump are studied.The results show that the system simulation results are consistent with the theoretical solution,which verifies the correctness of the aviation gear pump system model.With the increase of speed,number of teeth,modulus and tooth width,the pulsation amplitude of the fluid flow of aviation gear pump showed an increasing trend.With increasing speed,the flow pulsation rate hardly changes.With the increase of the number of teeth,the flow pulsation rate tends to decrease.With the increase of modulus and tooth width,the flow pulsation rate shows an increasing trend.At the same time,it is found that the flow pulsation of aviation gear pump is characterized by wide frequency and multi harmonic.The research results provide theoretical basis and technical support for suppressing fluid flow pulsation of aviation gear pump.
