The Realistic Dilemma and Action Paths of Credit Bank Construction under Multiple Institutional Logic

Abstract
The construction and operation of credit banks in China is embedded in the field of diversified institutions.Under the different logic interweaving and interaction of multiple subjects such as the state,local government and enterprises.The difficulties arise,such as the imbalance between supply and demand of the national system and the inefficient operation of the system,the"selective implementation"of local governments in pursuit of political achievements and the"diverse forms"of attempts to explore,and the low recognition of credit banks by learners under the logic of development and academic qualification first.Under the framework of multiple system logic,strengthening national system design,strengthening local policy implementation,precisely supporting follow-up,and improving the effectiveness of credit can effectively resolve the dilemma of credit bank construction,so as to play the role of credit bank system in the construction of learning society and learning power.关键词
