CFRP层合板双面挖补补片设计及性能分析OA
Design and mechanical property analysis of double-side patch repair for CFRP laminates
基于三维Hashin准则,借助有限元方法(FEM),建立了复合材料层合板双面挖补修补模型.引入一种只挖去破损部位,留下有锥度的孔但未覆盖胶层及补片的挖补模型,分别论述修补效果中挖补后母板的剩余强度和胶层补片提升的强度,得到了双面挖补修理的损伤过程和最佳挖补角度.结果表明:双面挖补拉伸强度恢复率为50%~80%,能够通过更小的挖补面积实现与单面挖补相同的修复效果,对母板的损伤更少,适用场景更多;双面挖补修理效果随着挖补角度的增大先增大后减小,在挖补…查看全部>>
