摘要
Abstract
The Paris Agreement sets out a new arrangement for global action on climate change after 2020,establishing a groundbreaking framework for global climate governance and such three main focus points for global climate action as mitigation, adaptation, and loss as well as damage.Successive climate change conferences have continued to add to the details of this framework.Global mitigation action is underway, but more needs to be done on all fronts.Adaptation currently receives far less attention and funding than mitigation. The Loss and Damage Fund,as a"newcomer"to the climate governance framework, has a long way to go before it matures.Since the signing of the agreement, the parties have adopted corresponding policies and measures in energy, industry, finance, and other fields,China's participation in global climate action has become more active, and its role as a leader has become more prominent.During this period, changes in the global political and economic environment have also had a profound impact on global climate governance.Although some progress has been made in the global response to climate change, the latest summary shows that the world is not yet on the right track to actively address climate change, and there is still a large gap in achieving the established global temperature control goals.关键词
