Suggestions for the planning of pipeline network for refined oil in Western China
摘要
Abstract
Based on the introduction of the transportation pattern of refined oil in the western region,this paper analyzes the potential for increased transportation of refined oil pipelines in the region.By 2020,6.28 million tons of refined oil in the western region could be converted into refined oil pipeline transportation volume through pipeline route optimization and interconnection.The planning of refined oil pipeline networks in the western region mainly includes such two aspects as follows.Conducting pipeline extension research by focusing on long-distance railway transportation routes in the northwest region and relying on existing refined oil pipelines firstly and promoting regional logistics optimization by gradually forming interconnection&interoperability study of a refined oil pipeline network in the southwest region and improving the regional logistics optimization secondly.It is recommended to develop and improve the national plan and construction of interconnection&interoperability of refined oil pipeline networks,implement label management for refined oil pipeline transportation,and establish a cooperative and win-win network operation and cooperation mechanism.关键词
