批判性思维到思政哲学的探索实践与过程评价OA
基于对兵团"双一流"建设高校近百名全日制留学生的深度交流与调查,分析影响他们留学获得感的因素及其作用机制,结果显示,"一带一路"沿途国家学生来华留学意愿强烈,但留学获得感呈现出显著的内容差异,即组织支持感最高,学习支持感次之,生活支持感最低.同时,留学获得感呈现出较大的个人差异,这既与个人留学预期和发展程度密切相关,也深受校内组织与个体国际化理念的影响.培养亲华友华留学生,需整体提升留学获得感,强化学习生活支持感.因此,要重视留学生具有的批判性思维,与思政哲学有机融合进行教学,生活上提升对兵团的感知和认同.
Based on the deep communication and investigation of nearly 100 full-time international students in the"Double First-class"construction universities of the XPCC,this paper analyzes the factors affecting their sense of gain in studying abroad and its mechanism.The results show that:students from countries along the B&R have strong desire to study in China,but their sense of gain from studying abroad shows significant content differences,that is,the highest is the sense of organizational support,followed by the sense of learning support,and the sense of life support is the lowest.The sense of gain of international students shows great individual differences,which is closely related to the expectation and development level of individuals studying abroad,and it is also deeply influenced by the university organization and individual internationalization concept.To cultivate pro-Chinese students,it is necessary to enhance the overall sense of gain from studying abroad and strengthen the sense of support in study and life.Therefore,it is necessary to attach importance to the critical thinking of international students,and to do the organic integration of ideological and political philosophy in teaching,so as to improve the perception and recognition of the XPCC in life.
