AI设计兴起背景下职业教育人才培养模式改革创新OA

随着人工智能的兴起,AI设计技术逐步代替传统的设计工艺,珠宝首饰行业对设计人才的需求产生重大变化.肩负文化传承、艺术创新、人才培养重任的艺术类高校必须与时俱进,用AI技术倒逼艺术设计类人才培养模式创新,以适应新时代珠宝首饰行业发展的人才需求.该文以OBE教育理念为视角,对AI设计技术兴起背景下高职院校首饰设计类人才模式的改革路径进行探索,即对接首饰产业链推进产教融合改革,通过"双主体"育人模式,将专业学习从时间和空间、广度和深度上延伸,提升首饰设计与工艺专业学生与就业岗位的配适度,为珠宝首饰产业的高质量发展培养创新型、应用型、复合型的数字化首饰设计人才,充分发挥高校在教育科技人才一体化发展中的引领作用.

With the rise of artificial intelligence,AI design technology is gradually replacing traditional design craftsmanship,leading to significant changes in the demand for design talents in the jewelry industry.Art colleges,which bear the responsibilities of cultural inheritance,artistic innovation,and talent cultivation,must keep pace with the times and innovate the talent cultivation mode of art and design through AI technology,in order to meet the talent needs of the jewelry industry in the new era of development.From the perspective of OBE(Outcome-based Education)concept,this article explores the reform path of the talent model for jewelry design in vocational colleges under the background of the rise of AI design technology.This includes promoting the integration of industry and education by connecting with the jewelry industry chain,and adopting a"dual-subject"education model to extend the professional learning in terms of time,space,breadth,and depth.This aims to enhance the adaptability of jewelry design and craftsmanship students to employment positions,and cultivate innovative,applied,and multi-skilled digital jewelry design talents for the high-quality development of the jewelry industry.Furthermore,it fully leverages the leading role of universities in the integrated development of education,technology,and talent.
