Preparation and Anti-Corrosion Performance of Glass Powder Cement-Based Coating Material

为了降低钢材防腐速率,提高废弃玻璃的利用率,将玻璃粉水泥基材料作为钢材无机防腐涂层.采用电化学和核磁共振测试,表征和分析浸泡于质量分数为3.5%的NaCl溶液前、后该涂层对Q235钢片基体的防腐效果.结果表明:掺加质量分数15%玻璃粉可提高水泥基涂层材料的线性极化电阻,降低钢片基体在质量分数3.5%NaCl溶液中的自腐蚀电流密度,且自腐蚀电位基本维持不变;玻璃粉对水泥基材料具有细化孔径的作用,使孔结构更加密实,从而降低侵蚀介质的渗透.

In order to reduce the anti-corrosion rate of steel and improve the utilization rate of waste glass,the glass powder cement-based material is used as an inorganic anti-corrosion coating for steel.Electrochemical and nuclear magnetic resonance tests are used to characterize and analyze the anti-corrosion effect of the coating on Q235 steel substrate before and after immersion in NaCl solution with 3.5%mass fraction.The results show that adding glass powder with 15%mass fraction can increase the linear polarization resistance of cement-based coating materials,reduce the self-corrosion current density of the steel substrate in NaCl solution with 3.5%mass fraction,and basically unchange the self-corrosion potential.Glass powder has the effect of refining the pore size of cement-based materials,making the pore structure more compact,thereby reducing the penetration of corrosive media.
