基于表型性状分析构建冀北地区马铃薯核心种质
Construction of Core Potato Germplasm Resources in North Hebei based on Phenotypic Traits

Abstract
In order to rationally utilize and better preserve potato germplasm resources,26 phenotypic characters from 502 potato germplasm resources preserved in northwest Hebei Province were investigated.To explore the optimal sampling strategy and select the core germplasm,the flesh color was selected for grouping.In addition,four sampling methods(simple ratio,logarithmic ratio,square root ratio and diversity ratio),six sampling ratios(5%,10%,15%,20%,25%and 30%),two genetic distances(Euclidean distance and Mahalanobis distance),and four clustering methods(average method,longest distance method,minimum distance method and ward method)were analyzed.The phenotypic traits of the core germplasm resources were evaluated by genetic diversity eigenvalues,t-test,evaluation parameters and systematic clustering,and further confirmed by principal component analysis.The results showed that the square root ratio was the best to sample the core germplasm resources with more representative,20%was the best sampling ratio,Euclidean distance was better than Mahalanobis distance,and the minimum distance was the best clustering method.Finally,100 materials were selected from the 502 potato germplasm resources,which accounting for 19.92%.The evaluation and principal component analysis showed that the 100 core germplasm resources eliminated most of the genetic redundancy and retained the genetic diversity of all materials,which had good representativeness.Therefore,this study provides an important theoretical and practical basis for the effective utilization and innovation of potato germplasm resources.关键词
