Abstract

In order to solve the problem that subjective consciousness would significantly affects the index weight assignment of traditional analytic hierarchy process resulting in a subjective and arbitrary evaluation result.In this paper,the projection pursuit method with strong objectivity is used to improve the analytic hierarchy process,which can comprehensively consider the subjective and objective influence.The index weight is optimized based on the principle of game theory,and the health evaluation of three urban rivers in Yangzhou City in wet and dry seasons is carried out by the optimization model weight.The results show that the optimized weight can synthesize the characteristics of the subjective and objective weights,making the evaluation results more reasonable;In the process of weight optimization,the optimization coefficients are 0.5435 and 0.4565,respectively.In order to simplify the weight processing steps,0.5 and 0.5 are selected as optimization coefficients for equal weight processing,which has little impact on the evaluation results,and can provide a certain reference for the coupling of subjective and objective weights in the evaluation of river health in the future.
