转向半径是研究农机转向特性的重要指标,目前常用的测量方法存在着局限性大、操作复杂、价格昂贵等缺点.为此,设计了一种基于机器视觉的农机转向半径测量方法,在测试地放置标杆,农机上安装摄像机,农机运动时,记录标杆上特定点的影像经过读取图像信息计算出某一时刻的转向半径.用北斗导航系统对结果进行校验并改进,最后的测量误差在 10cm 以内,满足田间试验的精度要求.此方法操作分为标定、摄像和图像处理、计算等步骤,大部分时间在室内完成,可以大大减少现场工作的时间和强度,且操作简单、成本低,可以应用于农机转向特性测量.

Steering radius is an important index to study the steering characteristics of agricultural machinery.At present,the commonly used measurement methods have some disadvantages,such as large limitations,complex opera-tion,high price and so on.Therefore,this paper designs a method to measure the steering radius of agricultural machin-ery based on machine vision.By placing a benchmark in the test site and installing a camera on the agricultural machin-ery,when the agricultural machinery moves,record the image of a specific point on the benchmark,and calculate the steering radius at a certain time by reading the image information.Beidou navigation system is used to verify and improve the results of this method.The final measurement error is less than 10cm,which meets the accuracy requirements of field experiment.The operation steps of this method are divided into calibration,camera,image processing and calculation.Most of the time is completed indoors,which can greatly reduce the time and intensity of field work.It has the advanta-ges of simple operation and low cost.It can be applied to the measurement of steering characteristics of agricultural ma-chinery.
