青贮机籽粒破碎装置的设计与试验OA
Design and Experimental Study of Grain Crushing Device of Silage Machine
目前,国内对青贮机籽粒破碎装置的研究大多停留在仿型设计阶段,具体的设计参数缺乏理论研究[1],而喂入速度、切碎速度、破碎辊速差 3 个参数相互配合才能达到预期的破碎效果.由于破碎装置的破碎效果和破碎辊的形状有着密切的关系[2],故着重对破碎辊进行研究和运动分析,通过对不同的喂入速度、切碎速度、破碎辊速差进行试验选取合理的参数[3].通过实地试验可知:籽粒破碎的两个破碎轮在特定的速度差下有更好的效果,定破碎辊转速为 3600r/min,浮动破碎辊转速为 3960r/min.
At present,most of the domestic research on the grain crushing device of the silage machine stays in the imita-tion design stage,and the specific design parameters lack theoretical research.The three parameters of feeding speed,cutting speed and crushing roller speed difference can cooperate with each other to achieve the expected crushing effect.The crushing effect of the crushing device and the shape of the crushing roller are also closely related,this paper focuses on the study and motion analysis of the crushing roller,and selects reasonable parameters by experimenting with different feeding speeds,shredding speeds,and crushing roller speed differences.Through field experiments,it can be seen that the two crushing wheels of grain crushing have better results under a specific speed difference,and the speed of the fixed crushing roller is 3600r/min,and the speed of the floating crushing roller is 3960r/min.
