MnOx粒子的制备及其对刚果红的吸附OA北大核心CSTPCD
Preparation of MnOx particles and the adsorption on Congo Red
锰氧化物是重要的过渡金属氧化物,由于其特殊的隧道和片层晶体结构,在催化、电化学、离子交换和吸附等方面有广泛的应用.本文通过水热反应制备了一系列具有不同晶型和形貌的氧化锰粒子.通过XRD、FT-IR和SEM分析了材料的形态和结构,并通过UV-vis系统地研究了其对刚果红的吸附作用.实验结果表明,当反应体系的pH≈10时,能合成出疏松多孔棒状结构的MnOx粒子,对刚果红的吸附效果最好,平衡吸附容量qe≈129.11 mg‧g-1,去除率R≈64.56%.
Manganese oxides are important transition metal oxides that have a wide range of applications in catalysis,electrochemistry,ion exchange and adsorption due to their special tunneling and lamellar crystal structures.In this paper,a series of manganese oxide particles with different crystalline shapes and morpholo-gies were prepared by hydrothermal reaction.The morphology and structure of the materials were analysed by XRD,FT-IR and SEM,and their adsorption onto Congo Red was systematically investigated by UV-vis.The experimental results showed that when the pH of the reaction system is ≈ 10,MnOx particles were capable of synthesizing porous rod-shaped structures,uniform size and nearly spherical honeycomb-like po-rous structure could be synthesized,which had the best adsorption effect on Congo Red,with equilibrium ad-sorption capacity qe≈129.11 mg‧g-1 and removal rate R≈64.56%.
