炙黄芪-水蛭联合阿加曲班注射液治疗气虚血瘀型急性脑梗死的疗效观察
Effect of baked Astragalus Hirudo combined with Agattriban Injection on acute cerebral infarction of qi deficiency and blood stasis type

Abstract
[Objective]To explore the curative effect of baked Astragalus Hirudo combined with Agattriban Injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction of qi deficiency and blood stasis type.[Methods]A total of 110 patients receiving acute cerebral infarction treatment in our hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected and randomly divided into Agattriban injection group(Western medicine group)in 34 cases,baked Astragalus Hirudo group[the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)group]in 36 cases,and combined group in 40 cases.The Western medicine group was given Agattriban Injection;the TCM group was treated with decocted baked Astragalus Hirudo;the combined group was treated with baked Astragalus Hirudo combined with Agattriban injection.Evaluate the TCM syndrome score level of patients before and after treatment;NIHSS score scale and mRS score scale were used to evaluate the neurological impairment and neurological function recovery of patients.Cerebral blood flow resistance index(RI),Diastolic blood flow velocity(Vd)and Peak systolic velocity(Vs),Mean blood flow velocity(Vm),Vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),and Nitric oxide(NO)levels were detected.[Results]After treatment,TCM syndrome score,NIHSS score,mRS score,RI and VEGF levels in combined group were lower than those in Western medicine group and TCM group(P＜0.05).The levels of Vd,Vs,Vm and NO were higher than those in Western medicine group and TCM group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of combined group was higher(P＜0.01).[Conclusion]After combined treatment with baked Astragalus Hirudo and Agattriban injection,the TCM syndrome score level of patients with acute cerebral infarction of qi deficiency and blood stasis type was reduced,and related nerve function,blood flow and vascular endothelial injury were significantly improved,and the clinical therapeutic effect was significant.关键词
