木质纤维素预处理实现组分综合利用OACSTPCD
Advances on comprehensive utilization of lignocellulose through pretreatment technology
随着可降解材料相关产业的发展,人们对木质纤维素中的纤维素、半纤维素以及木质素等组分材料化及综合利用的关注与日俱增.木质纤维素在经过预处理后,可分离纯化获得的纤维素、半纤维素以及木质素等近单一成分,其本身及衍生物可进一步被应用于化工、材料以及生物医药等领域.笔者总结了不同预处理方法,包括:物理法、化学法、生物法、物理化学法以及联合预处理法等,分析了这几种方法作用于生物质,以克服木质纤维素复杂结构的顽固性对后续综合利用工艺的影响.同时,从分离纯化后的化学修饰及其衍生物的应用等角度进行系统分析,以期为开发不同的木质纤维素利用路径提供指导.
With the development of degradable materials in related fields,the materialization and comprehensive utilization oflignocellulose attracted great interest in recent years.Upon pretreatment of lignocellulose,nearly single components of cellulose,hemicellulose and lignin can be obtained through various separation and purification methods.More importantly,these pure components and their derivatives can be further used in chemical,material,biomedical fields and so on.In this review,we summarized different pretreatment methods including physical methods,chemical methods,biological methods,physical and chemical methods and combined pretreatment methods.Due to the stubbornness of complex lignocellulose structure,these pretreatment methods were mainly focused on their potential influence on the subsequent comprehensive utilization process.Moreover,we described the chemical modifications of single components from separation and purification,as well as the application of their derivatives,hoping to provide guidance for the development of different lignocellulosic utilization paths.
