预分解窑分解磷石膏制硫酸联产水泥新技术OA

介绍了带分解炉悬浮预热器预分解(NSP)的技术特点.该技术以CO、H2 代替传统的焦炭作为还原剂,具有分解温度低、能耗低、窑气SO2 浓度高等优势.采用单台ϕ4 m×75 m NSP窑,三级预热器+烘干工艺,可联产1.0 kt/d硫酸和1.08 kt/d水泥熟料,1 kg产品能耗2700 kJ.在磷石膏二氧化硅质量分数小于 9%的地区,该技术能同时生产出优等品硫酸和合格水泥熟料产品,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益.

This article introduces the technical characteristics of suspended preheater pre decomposition(NSP)with decomposition furnace.This technology replaces traditional coke with CO and H2 as reducing agents,which has the advantages of low decomposition temperature,low energy consumption,and high concentration of SO2 in kiln gas.Using a single unit ϕ4 m×A 75 m NSP kiln with a three-stage preheater and drying process can co-produce 1.0 kt/d sulfuric acid and 1.08 kt/d cement clinker.The energy consumption of 1 kg of product is 2700 kJ.In areas where the mass fraction of silica in phosphogypsum is less than 9%,this technology can simultaneously produce high-quality sulfuric acid and qualified cement clinker products,with good economic and social benefits.
