摘要

Abstract

Hepatolithiasis involving the hepatobiliary system is a prevalent benign disorder in China,characterized by intricate pathology and anatomical variations.The lack of predictability in the preoperative assessment of intrahepatic vascular structures and the absence of surgical planning contribute to a prolonged duration of surgery and a high incidence of complications.Therefore,postoperative residual stone rates and recurrence rates are elevated.Digital intelligent diagnostic and treatment technology,which incorporates three-dimensional visualization,molecular fluorescence imaging,and augmented reality surgical navigation as core elements,has revolutionized the management of individualized cases of hepatolithiasis.This innovation has improved surgical precision and safety.Initial outcomes demonstrate promising efficacy in the diagnosis and treatment of hepatolithiasis.With the continuous improvement of this technology,the surgical treatment of hepatolithiasis is expected to further achieve intelligent,navigation-guided precision,and minimally invasive individualized therapeutic goals.
