无叶假木贼种子萌发期对旱盐环境的适应研究OA
Study on Adaptation to Drought and Salt Environment in Seeds Germination Stage of Anabasis aphylla L.
通过聚乙二醇(PEG-6000,PEG)和NaCl模拟干旱胁迫、盐胁迫及旱盐复合胁迫,分析无叶假木贼种子发芽率、平均发芽时间和幼芽鲜干比,探讨无叶假木贼种子萌发期对干旱盐渍环境的适应性.结果表明:无叶假木贼种子萌发期可耐受一定程度的旱胁迫和盐胁迫及旱盐复合胁迫,随着胁迫程度的加剧,无叶假木贼会推迟萌发或不萌发.低盐环境(NaCl 200 mmol/L)可促进无叶假木贼从环境中吸水以维持幼芽膨压,保障无叶假木贼在干旱盐渍环境中顺利定居.
Using PEG-6000 and NaCl to simulate drought stress,salt stress and drought-salt combined stress,the germination rate,mean ger-mination time and bud fresh/dry ratio were analyzed,and the adaptability of Anabasis aphylla L.seed germination stage to drought and salt en-vironment was discussed.The results showed that the seeds of A.aphylla L.could withstand drought stress,salt stress and combined drought and salt stress to a certain extent.With the increase of stress,the germination of A.aphylla L.would be delayed or not.The low salt environ-ment(200 mmol/L NaCl)can promote the water absorption of A.aphylla L.from the environment to maintain the turgor pressure of the buds,so as to ensure the smooth settlement of A.aphylla L.in the arid saline environment.
