颊针治疗肛裂术后疼痛疗效观察
Observation on The Curative Effect of Buccal Acupuncture on Postoperative Pain of Anal Fissure

Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical effect of buccal acupuncture therapy on relieving pain in patients after anal fissure surgery.Methods:From March 2022 to September 2022,70 patients who underwent anal fissure surgery in the Second Department of Anorectal Surgery,the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected.They were randomly divided into control group(35 cases)and experi-mental group(35 cases).The control group was given diclofenac potassium dispersible tablets for oral analgesia.The experimental group was given buccal acupuncture analgesia.The pain degree,quality of life score,frequency of pain attack,and incidence of postoperative urinary retention and constipation were compared between the two groups before and after treatment to observe the clinical efficacy.Results:After treatment,the VAS score,quality of life score and frequency of pain in the experimental group were significantly lower than those before treatment(P＜0.05),and were better than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of postoperative urinary retention and constipation in the experimental group was sig-nificantly lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Buccal acupuncture treatment has a significant effect on relieving pain and re-ducing the frequency of pain in patients after anal fissure surgery,and can improve the quality of life of patients and reduce the incidence of postop-erative urinary retention and constipation.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.关键词
