近十年国内外经颅直流电刺激治疗脑卒中的文献可视化分析
Visual Analysis of Literature on Transcranial Direct Current Stimulation for Stroke in the Past Decade at Home and Abroad

Abstract
Objective:This study aims to explore the current research status,trends,and frontiers of transcranial direct current stimulation(tDCS)in the field of stroke,both domestically and internationally,over the past decade.Methods:Relevant literature on tDCS for stroke published between 2013 and 2022 was retrieved from the CNKI and Web of Science databases.CiteSpace software was utilized to visualize the publication patterns in terms of countries,institutions,authors,and keywords.Results:①A total of 946 articles were included in the Web of Science database,indicating an increasing trend in publications.The United States,Harvard University,and Professors Fregni and Felipe were the leading contributors.Key topics in-cluded motor cortex,recovery,rehabilitation,and paralyzed hand.Notable terms in recent years encompassed systematic review,swallowing func-tion,disorder,and model.②The CNKI database contained 392 articles,with the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at Xuanwu Hospital,Capital Medical University,and author Song Weiqun being prominent contributors.Key areas of focus included aphasia,upper limb function,dysphagia,and motor function.Recent trending topics included non-invasive brain stimulation,upper limb function,and electroencephalogram.Conclusion:The overall number of Chinese articles on tDCS in the treatment of stroke is not high,and the distribution of publishing institutions is unbalanced and there is a lack of cooperation.In the future,we should strengthen the cooperation between different regions and different institutions,carry out multi-center and cross-regional research,and conduct deeper research on the mechanism of action.关键词
