从古今角度探析半夏附子配伍应用
Simultaneous Use and Application of Pinellia Rhizome and Radix Aconiti Lateralis from Perspective of Ancient and Modern

Abstract
"Pinellia Rhizome anti Radix Aconiti Lateralis"has always been a contraindication for most practitioners of traditional Chi-nese medicine.However,with the verification through clinical practice,some practitioners have gradually changed their attitudes to-wards the compatibility of Pinellia Rhizome and Radix Aconiti Lateralis.Numerous medical cases from past generations demonstrate the effectiveness of using Pinellia Rhizome and Radix Aconiti Lateralis in treating refractory diseases.Through years of research in the field of traditional Chinese medicine,the varieties of Radix Aconiti Lateralis have been improved and their properties have been changed,which have reduced their intensity and toxicity.In addition,advancements in processing techniques for herbal pieces and the applica-tion of detoxifying Chinese medicines make the compatibility of Pinelliae Rhizoma and Aconite more possible and safe.When using this compatibility,attention should be paid to factors such as cooking time,dosage,and proportion to ensure medication safety.By combi-ning the medication experiences of many physicians and targeting the core pathological mechanisms of"Yang deficiency"and "exces-sive Dampness",the compatibility of Pinelliae Rhizome and Aconiti Lateralis Radix has shown good therapeutic effects in various dis-eases related to the Spleen,Stomach,Kidney,cancer pain,gynecology,Heart,and Lungs.The purpose of this paper is to broaden the thinking in clinical medication,improve the clinical efficacy,and provide a theoretical basis for clinical application and the revision of relevant regulations of Pinelliae Rhizome Radix Aconiti Lateralis herb pairs.关键词
