Study on Regional Development Planning of Zhenjiang City
摘要
Abstract
The development speed of Zhenjiang City has continued to decline in recent years, and the city's competitiveness has also been declining. It occupies high-quality location advantage resources, but its development has fallen into a "location advantage trap". This paper first borrows the theory of comparative advantage and comparative advantage trap to define the theory of location advantage trap, and finds that cities caught in the location advantage trap often have problems of structural centrifugation, single industry, and weak competition. Then combining with the empirical research on the development and planning of Zhenjiang City in recent years, the paper sorts out and summarizes the main ideas and strategies of regional planning, and draws the conclusion that Zhenjiang is currently trapped in the "location advantage trap" and the urban planning confined by the trap, and analyzes its deep-level logic. Finally, the planning optimization principles and optimization strategies that go beyond the "location advantage trap" are put forward, that is, specific strategies such as highlighting the core, coordinating the structure, and focusing on integration, and so on. It is hoped that this paper can provide certain optimization and adjustment ideas for cities with the same problems.关键词
