Abstract
Based on the"Holistic Model of Competence",this study analyzed the constituent elements and weight dis-tribution of PBL teacher competence through key event interviews and Delphi method.Thus forming a PBL teacher competence model consisting of five primary constituent elements and 20 secondary constituent elements,namely"PBL knowledge foundation","project design competence","project management competence","learning promo-tion competence"and"teaching research competence".The results of empirical investigation show that this model provides a structured and systematic characterization of PBL teacher competence and can be used as a tool to evaluate the level of teachers'competence in implementing PBL.In addition,this study provides suggestions for the applica-tions of the model in PBL teacher management and development.关键词
