Self-renewal:an Important Orientation in the Training of Educator-type Principals
摘要
Abstract
The growth of educator-type principals is a self-conscious process,and the key to the training of educator-type principals is to promote the self-renewal of principals and the cultivation of educator spirit.Based on the theory of virtue,subjectivity and reflection,this paper attempts to construct an internal mechanism for training to promote self-renewal from three aspects:the improvement of principals'moral character,the return of subjectivity and the im-provement of the reflective realm,in order to promote the principals grow into educator-type principals more effectively.关键词
