Self-renewal:an Important Orientation in the Training of Educator-type Principals

校长成长为教育家型校长是自为自觉的过程,教育家型校长培训的关键是促进校长自我更新与教育家精神养成.研究立足德性论、主体性理论与反思理论,尝试从校长德性完善、主体性回归与反思境界提升三方面构建培训促进自我更新的内在机制,以期促进校长更好地成长为教育家型校长.

The growth of educator-type principals is a self-conscious process,and the key to the training of educator-type principals is to promote the self-renewal of principals and the cultivation of educator spirit.Based on the theory of virtue,subjectivity and reflection,this paper attempts to construct an internal mechanism for training to promote self-renewal from three aspects:the improvement of principals'moral character,the return of subjectivity and the im-provement of the reflective realm,in order to promote the principals grow into educator-type principals more effectively.
