上海市畜禽养殖业污染物排放标准浅析
Discharge standards of pollutants for livestock and poultry breeding in Shanghai
摘要
Abstract
During the"14th Five-Year Plan"period,the growing environmental issues such as limited water resources and odor pollution have been of great concern.Shanghai government announce the discharge standard of pollutants for livestock and poultry breeding to protect the ecological environment.Based on the basic review and discharge compliance rate of the pollution of livestock and poultry breeding,the standard was of great scientific significance.The result showed that the standard could effectively accelerate the transformation and upgrading of livestock and poultry breeding,and reduce to occur complaints and the contradiction between livestock and poultry farms and nearby residents.Odor pollution was included in the standard to reduce the discharge of odor pollution and improve the air quality.关键词
