Abstract
With the rapid process of global aging,the prevalence of senile multimorbidity increases with ag-ing,which has become an important problem threatening the health of the elderly population.There are great differ-ences in the management of senile multimorbidity,and there are no guidelines for the management of senile multimor-bidity in China.In 2023,the Department of Geriatric Medicine of Peking Union Medical College Hospital led the re-lease of Chinese Expert Consensus on Management of Elderly Patients with Multimorbidity(2023),which discussed the concept and impact,management objectives,management principles,and management strategies of geriatric comorbidi-ty.To provide specific suggestions for the management of senile multimorbidity and promote healthy aging.This article aims to interpret the main points of the consensus,in order to provide reference for the management of multimorbidity of the elderly in China.关键词
