Abstract
In order to solve the problem of high loss in the process of conveying finished cigarette sticks in FX high-speed packaging machine,a new device for conveying finished cigarette sticks was designed.The device is mainly composed of four parts:frequency conversion motor,conveying chain plate,limit device,and sliding device.The transportation process of the finished cigarette is monitored by the sensor,and the packaging machine and the conveying chain plate are stopped immediately when the finished cigarette is clogged,and the speed of the variable frequency motor is adjusted in real time to realize the uniform transportation of the finished cigarette and reduce the number of stops.The finished cigarette is balanced and decelerated by the limit device to ensure the stability of the finished cigarette in the transportation process of the sliding device and reduce the loss of the finished cigarette.Taking the actual production of a cigarette factory as the object to test the device,the results show that after application,the loss of the finished cigarette is reduced by 30%,the problem of slipping and falling of the finished cigarette is reduced to 0,and the number of clogging of the finished cigarette during transportation is reduced by 70%,which provides a guarantee for improving the high production efficiency of the FX high-speed packaging machine.关键词
