布托啡诺复合咪达唑仑和舒芬太尼适度镇静在鼾症患者胃镜检查的作用研究
Research on Butorphanol Combined with Midazolam and Sufentanil for Moderate Sedation in Gastroscopy of Sno-ring Patients

Abstract
Objective To explore the safety and effectiveness of butorphanol combined with midazolam and sufentanil for endoscopy under moderate sedation in patients with snoring.Methods 100 snoring patients were selected who were scheduled to undergo painless gastroscopy,regardless of gender,aged 20～66 years old,and ASA grade Ⅱ～Ⅲ.Patients were divided into sufen-tanil group(Group S)and butorphanol group(Group B)using random number table method.After superficial anesthesia of the throat,midazolam 1 mg + sufentanil 5 μg was intravenously injected.After 3 minutes,group S received additional sufentanil 0.08～0.15 μg/kg.Group B added butorphanol 8～10 μg/kg.Intraoperative behavioral pain scale(BPS),sedation score,nausea and vomi-ting were observed.In recovery room,dizziness,drowsiness,sleepiness,nausea,vomiting,forgetfulness,discharge time from hospital,visual analog scale(VAS),satisfaction with endoscopic diagnosis and treatment process were recorded.Patient suffered from nausea,vomiting,dizziness,and amnesia at 12,24,and 48 hours after leaving hospital were recorded.Results In group B,intraoperative BPS score,nausea and vomiting,recovery room hypoxemia,drowsiness,dizziness,and incidence of nausea 12 hours after leaving hospital were lower than those of group S.For blood pressure and heart rate,T1-5 were lower than T0,and T3-5 were lower than T1-2 with statisti-cally significant difference(P＜0.05).The incidence of recovery room sleepiness in group B was significantly higher than that in group S with statistically significant difference(P＜0.001).There was no statistically significant difference in other indicators(P＞0.05).Conclusion Butorphanol combined with midazolam and sufentanil for moderate sedation has good analgesic and sedative effects in patients with snoring during gastroscopy,with mild respiratory depression,which is worthy of promotion.关键词
