Wang Yangang's experience in treating post-COVID-19gustatory disorders based on "vascular blockage"
摘要
Abstract
To summarize Professor Wang Yangang's clinical experience in treating the sequelae of novel coronavirus infection with taste disorders based on the theory of the choroidal vein.Professor Wang believes that the core pathogenesis of this disease is the blockage of the complex-vein stasis,internal evil latent,healthy qi deficiency,resulting in endogenous damp-heat,phlegm turbidness,blood stasis and other visible pathogenic blockage of the collaterality,Qi-blood-body fluid is difficult to reach the lips and tongue.According to the characteristics of"Tong as the use of collars",with"Tongluo opening and blocking"as the core treatment,for the main pathogenesis of each stage,the specific selection of clearing heat and dampness,clearing phlegm,remo-ving blood stasis,tonifying deficiency and opening and blocking in the middle,while paying attention to diet and regulating the spleen and stomach,in order to nourish Qi and eliminate evil.The clinical treatment of good drug group,with the increase and decrease of the disease,the effect is accurate,and the attached test case at the end of the article is confirmed.关键词
