洪水过程线同频放大混合整数规划模型OACSTPCD
Mixed Integer Programming Model for Flood Hydrograph Amplification at Same Frequency
当设计洪水峰、量关系较差时,设计洪水过程线同频放大会出现明显的畸形.构建了设计洪水过程线同频放大混合整数规划模型,以洪水过程线各时段流量作为决策变量,提出了时序系列光滑度函数,并以此作为目标函数,以设计洪峰流量、不同时段设计洪量作为约束条件,首次加入了涨落同向约束条件,保证设计和典型洪水过程线具备相近模式.实例研究表明,当设计洪水峰、量关系不协调时,此模型计算的设计洪水过程线顺滑、各频率之间无交叉,与典型洪水过程线(特别在洪峰附近时段保持)相近模式.研究成果为设计洪水过程线同频放大提供了新的、可行的方法.
When the relationship between peak and volume of design flood is poor,the same frequency amplification of design flood hydrograph will have significant abnormalities.In this paper,a mixed integer programming model with the same frequency amplification of the design flood hydrograph is constructed,in which,the flow of each time period of flood hydrograph is taken as the decision variable,the smoothness function of time series is proposed as the objective function,the design flood peak flow and design flood volume at different periods are taken as constraints,and for the first time,the same direction constraint of fluctuation is added to ensure that the design and typical flood hydrograph have similar patterns.The case study shows that,when the relationship between design flood peak frequency and volume is not coordinated,the design flood hydrograph calculated by the model in this paper is smooth,and there is no intersection between the frequencies,which is similar to the typical flood hydrograph,especially in the period near the flood peak.The research results provide a new and feasible method for the same frequency amplification of the design flood hydrograph.
