社交网络对某县慢病患者家庭收入的影响研究
Impact of Social Networks on the Income of Rural Families with Chronic Diseases in Southwest China

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of social network without direct economic input on the income of rural families with chronic diseases in southwest China.Methods Based on the Guangxi Poverty Alleviation Database,a two-way fixed-effects model was used to explore the impact of social network intervention on the house-hold income of the intervention group by using chronic disease households who participated in the social network program between 2016 and 2020.Other chronic disease households in the same region'were treated as the control group.Results The average effect of the new social networking program on the income of the experimental group of families with chronic diseases was 18.3％(P＜0.05)in 2019 and 19.8％(P＜0.05)in 2020,respectively,with the workplace and work hours playing a positive moderating effect of 0.014(P＜0.05)and 0.022(P＜0.05).Conclusion Even without direct economic input,new social networks can increase the non-supporting in-come of rural families with chronic illnesses,and their path of action is that they make poor families willing to choose more distant but higher-paid jobs and able to work longer hours.Social networks have a positive effect on household income.关键词
