2023年天津市蔬菜田头市场价格分析与未来展望
Analysis and Outlook of the Vegetable Field Market Price in Tianjin in 2023
摘要
Abstract
Vegetable is an essential and important food in people's life,and the level of market supply is related to the interests of vegetable farmers and consumers as well as social stability.This paper selected 25 kinds of vegetable field prices in Tianjin to carry out analysis and research.The results showed that the trend of vegetable field prices in 2023 in Tianjin is relatively stable,roughly similar to the trend of previous years,showing a W-shape,that is,three high periods and two low periods.From the characteristics of price fluctuation,the price fluctuation of vegetable field is obviously affected by meteorological conditions,the weather conditions are good during the listing of vegetables,and the price is usually low.In the event of extreme weather,prices rise rapidly in a short period of time.As a mega-city,Tianjin should improve the vegetable market information monitoring and early warning mechanism,improve the departmental information sharing mechanism,and enhance the ability to ensure stable production and supply of real estate vegetables.关键词
