西部地区高职教育发展水平测度
Research on the Measurement of the Development Level of Higher Vocational Education in the Western Region

Abstract
Vocational education and general education,although two distinct types of education,are equally important.Based on the four dimensions of social adaptability,process conformity,foreign exchange and result satisfaction,the development index system of higher vocational education in the western region was constructed.The entropy-CRITIC combined weighting method was used to weight the higher vocational education data of 11 provinces and cities in the western region from 2017 to 2022,and then the development index was calculated.It is found that the development index of higher vocational education in the western region is backward as a whole,showing that the four provinces and cities of Sichuan,Chongqing,Shaanxi and Inner Mongolia are the"leading"provinces of higher vocational education in the western region,Guangxi,Gansu and Guizhou are the"ordinary"provinces,and Xinjiang,Ningxia,Qinghai and Yunnan are the"lagging provinces".From the perspective of the development index of each criterion level,the development index of the four dimensions of higher vocational education in the western region is still lacking,and there are large differences between provinces.From the perspective of the temporal changes of the study period,the development index of higher vocational education in the western region showed a tortuous upward trend as a whole.关键词
